Upcoming Projects

Leon spent a lot of time helping to revamp the Spring Township ball field to make it a better place for youth sports. This is one of the types of projects the Foundation hopes to continue to support.

In 2024, the Board is planning several activities to include:

• Third Annual Leon Fultz Memorial Softball Tournament
• Supporting local 4-H activities
• Three rounds of grants to other local organizations

Some other ideas the Board is considering include:

• Softball clinic
• Support field upkeep
• Create a second field or other youth sports facility
• Provide equipment and uniforms for local teams
• Provide umpires for ball games and tournaments
